Once issued in Jan we will need to ensure Graham can update systems.
New use/business incentive has been increased at this level to lessen the gap from Rate Card. Royal Mail has indicated that this step had been taken on the back of client feedback. Late Sales has also risen significantly to reflect the way Royal Mail capacity is being booked much closer to the distribution start date. Formal rate card will be issued this month - Jan 09. This will probably lead to a surge of bookings from early Jan until the 23rd Feb deadline to secure old pricing rates.
